We arrived arrived just before 11pm and everything was closed up, covers over the touch screen stands, tables cleaned, and kitchen completely empty, no staff. So obviously I appreciate it says 23:00 hours for their closing time but believe me this was well closed. We were directed to another McDonald's which was out of the way so we didn't bother. We went to Apple Green at Enfield M4 and although the food options there were closed by the time we got there, there was a great variety of pre-made meals and sandwiches. Also a good hot drinks station and very bathroom facilities, the staff were also friendly. The reason I've given the stars I have is because we didn't get any food as there wasn't any available, and there was no service really available apart from a few staff cleaning up, so I gave it one star just to rate it.

Absolutely blown away by the improvements here. Upon entering you are graced with a beautifully elegant arrangement of brand new seating; Topped off by a wonderful crew who offer an unforgettable service experience
We were quick to be seated and well looked after. I came here on the way home from a business meeting in a nearby business which we talked about business in. Each of my party were wonderfully looked after and delivered a beautiful entrée of nuggets and frites followed by a main course which consisted of a full Berger.

Shabby place. The staff are unprofessional and treat customers like idiots they can feed any lie to. The food looks nothing like the pictures. They didn’t even try to fix the situation.
